Annual Meeting

Everything included in the published itinerary is covered except your flight, car service and personal incidentals. That includes your two-night stay at the Four Seasons, dinners, cocktails, and transportation between scheduled venues. Book your flight to Chicago, and we'll take care of the rest.

Most guests do — it's a great way to meet the room. If you want to bring someone, add a guest for $1,000. They get the full weekend experience and share your room at the Four Seasons. If you'd prefer a separate room, we can arrange that for an additional charge after registration. Membership benefits apply to the primary ticket holder only.

Both tickets include the complete weekend experience. Partner tickets are designed for investors and include an additional private session. The broader Annual Meeting will include a company presentation and conversation for all guests, including an opportunity to share feedback, ideas and perspective with our team.

The membership portion of your bundle becomes a credit towards your membership renewal. You can apply it towards your next renewal or gift it to someone you care about. After checkout, our team will connect with you to make sure everything is applied correctly.

It depends on your current membership and the bundle you choose. If you're an Out of Town member and buy Ticket + OOT, $1,000 goes towards your membership renewal. If you buy Ticket + Local, $2,000 goes towards your renewal — whether you upgrade to Local or stay Out of Town. If you're a Local member and buy Ticket + Local, $2,000 goes towards your renewal. Already Local and buying Ticket + OOT? We'll suggest gifting it to someone you'd love to bring into D&C. In every case, you can gift the membership instead of applying the credit.

Ticket + Out of Town ($4,000) gets you the 2026 Annual Meeting plus 12 months of OOT membership — $1,300 in D&C house credit, priority booking, member passes. Ticket + Local ($5,000) is the same but with Local access — $2,400 in house credit, 2 authorized users, walk-in priority.

Tickets are non-refundable but fully transferable — if something comes up, you can give your spot to someone else with advance notice.

Choose whichever city feels most local to you — you can always change later. Your house credit works at any D&C location, and membership benefits are good everywhere.

Your deposit locks in first right of refusal when dates are announced. If the dates work, we charge the remaining balance with your approval. If they don't, your deposit rolls forward as credit toward a future D&C experience within 12 months of your original purchase.

Yes — guests share a room with the primary ticket holder by default. If you'd prefer a separate room for your guest, we can arrange that for an additional charge. Just let us know after registration.

Confirmation email with a payment link. Once that's handled, we'll send your full itinerary and travel details closer to November. That's it.
